These include self-expression of one's emotions and letting go.The bird symbolizes freedom and letting go. It also represents having extreme strength and fortitude to strive to rise above emotional and physical hardships and adversities. There is nothing stronger than the human spirit. This song can apply to anyone who has survived a natural disaster, physical illness or emotional adversity.
